    I don't think I've ever seen a game that started be cancelled mid-quarter because of the rain. Must have been absolutely torrential - and very localised. I was at Gore Hill, and we didn't get a drop of rain until after half time in the late Div 2 game.

        There was a lot of lightning around maybe it was called because of that
