It is true. M Carey kicked 21 for Pennant Hills U18s, they defeated Southern Sharks 35.15 (225) to 3.0 (18).
Another blowout was Olds Park in the U18s, where St George beat UNSW-ES 28.18 (186) to 0.0 (0).
