I notice in this article that Michael Shillito refers to Kevin Eynaud as the coach and Jason McPherson as the captain. Are they both not co-coaches? If they are both co-coaches I guess Jason would feel a little peeved if people forgot his role at the club. Incidently, isnt Paul Gambale the captain anyway?

I believe this to be the case, but Kev has been the face of the club all season with post match interviews, so it is understandable a mix-up could occur.
Either way, IMO one, two or three of them will be holding the Cup aloft in 10 days time.

          - Impossible is just a big word thrown around by small men who find it easier to live in a world they've been given, than to explore the power they have to change it. Impossible is not a fact, it's an opinion. Impossible is not a declaration, it's a dare. Impossible is potential. Impossible is temporary. Impossible is nothing!

Everyone makes mistakes, even me. As BMR pointed out, Kevin Eynaud has done the media side, such as the interviews on Digital Sports/Fox Footy's excellent coverage. Apologies to Jason McPherson and everyone at Wests - it wasn't my intention to understate their roles, and they've done a great job this year; and if they play anywhere near as impressively next time as they did last Saturday then it's hard to see anyone getting near them in the race for the premiership cup.

My apologies NL. I did not mean to have a go at you or anyone. I was asking a genuine question - the league may not endorse 2 coaches and insist on officially only one. There are other examples of clubs going ahead without the leagues consent.....the Sydney Magpies is an example.
