So who is everyone & what club are ye with?

I must admit I get confused with trying to work out who is who on this forum ... how about some intros??

I am Adrian Raftery formerly of Parramatta & Wests, now playing with Wollongong.

Sir William Wallace of Elerslie, hero of Scotland and true patriot, his desire for peace and freedom united the clans, gained the loyalty of the people, struck fear into his enemies and defied the cruel hand of an evil, waring and invading King - Edward 'Longshanks' Plantagenet I of England.

I'm a recent local footy convert and work as trainer/medical with Greater Western Power (and formerly UNSW/ES). Must admit, having followed the "big ones" (i.e. the Swans) for 12 years, this year involved with local footy has been the best - I've enjoyed myself so much and met some awesome people at both clubs, and thoroughly recommend getting involved with the local clubs to anyone who asks!

Dude, talk it up why don't you!? At least I'm trying to keep a lid on the excitement!

And if we keep the excitement down, they'll understimate us next year! Shhhhh!!! hehehe!

If this forum is a guide there is a lot of passion out in the Greater West.

I think in part it's cos Benny and I know each other through the Swans, and now get to work together at such a fantastic club. That and the fact that I have hardly shut up about "my" boys in 2 months! I never realised local footy was so cool! hehe

Chalk up another one for the mighty Jetters

NorWest Jets in Div 2 - a couple of mates play/played for them. Don't go out to Bensons Lane much in the last couple of years, but hopefully next year!

Don't really have a Prem Div club, but I like to keep an eye on how ECE are going - I have a mate who used to play for Baulko, and a mate's son is currently playing for the juniors at the Falcons.

I don't play myself, as there is very little demand for a specialist centre-half bench impact player.

177th Senior AFL Match - Round 4, 2009 - Sydney vs Carlton, SCG. This is obviously out of date. I suppose I'll update it once I could be bothered sitting down with the fixture and working it out....

Peter Physick, President of East Coast.

Formerly from South Australia where I played for South Adelaide before being transferred to Sydney.

Played a number of seasons with East Sydney in the mid 70's before getting on the merry go round again and moving to most other states eventually.

Returned to Sydney in 1990 and became involved with Baulkham Hills as we bought a home in the area.

Both sons Ben and Tim play for the Eagles ...

I am Brendan Rhodes of the Digital Sports/Fox Footy commentary team.
I moved to North Richmond in May from Corowa in Southern NSW and now follow Pekay's boys, the Nor-West Jets, in the Second Division.
Huge wraps on how they took an outsider in and made me feel welcome at the club.
As for the premier league, I don't really follow anyone, although I am probably closest to the Eagles through three other members of the Digital Sports team.
"It's up to the rest of the players in the room to make a new batch of premiership players next year," Adam Goodes, triple Bob Skilton Medallist, October 7, 2011.
