Has the Sherrin always been used by the AFL/VFL?

aceman probably has a list of each ball ever used, its kicks, handballs and bounces stats, goals, behinds, oobotf's and marks. Pity he's gone.

I am pretty sure they have used Ross Faulkner balls.
He had observed that people who did lie were, on the whole, more resourceful and ambitious and successful than people who did not lie.

Looks like the Sherrin has been in use since 1880. See Source , scroll down to the bottom for the Spalding write-up

                We lost Aceman?

Shame, plonkers like that don't come along every day.

Where's that Brissie troll gone then?

So what were Aceman's stats: longevity, posts, no. of times told to use English, no. of times saying how great he was. I guess we will never find out as Aceman was the only one to ever do any stats.

I think they used to used Ross Faulkner footys in night games. Could be wrong though.

They could be the white ones that they tried for a while, when they had the night games on a Tuesday night with the VFL and some teams from interstate...but they kept going flat.
