I see Lloyd says he is around the 30 second mark anyway. Maybe he is counting from once he's finished chucking grass and tucking his jumper in?!

Yep. Unbelievably, they've actually managed to make three minor rule changes that not only maintain the integrity of the sport, but actually improve it, rather than tinkering for tinkering's sake.

I like the changes in theory although this made me laugh...

Anderson said the league believed the new rule would add about 30 seconds to the length of each quarter.
