Also a good article for explaining the different drafts, the money and permissions involved etc, which is good for people like me who don't know a great deal about that side of things.
If what the AFL says regarding their primary concern being the welfare of the rookies is true then I think they should punish clubs who are blatantly breaching rules which are apparently quite clearly laid out.
