    "Please don't feed the bears."

Hungry 'bear' hoping for Sydney feed
"The main reason I wanted to come up here was the coaches. When I sat down with them at the end of the year they really impressed me and also the way Sydney play," Richards said.

"I think they play as a team really well. There's not as many individuals. They really do their bit.

You're kidding right? Some of the threads about individual players on RWO make Tiger fans look tender and loving by comparison.

Read the current Spriggs thread to see why that isn't a good idea

            The surprisingly tall commerce student
Commerce is after all, a field notorious for being dominated short people.

Reading this I could not help thinking Super Ted is looking around and wondering where he might fit in. If he had trouble getting a game behind Lloyd, Lukas and Fletcher, how will he go behind Hall, O'keefe, O'laughlin, Barry et al.
He had observed that people who did lie were, on the whole, more resourceful and ambitious and successful than people who did not lie.

Hmm ... maybe his best chance at getting a permanent position is as a broker in Jason Ball's finance group.

And if they can't, there's usually someone piping up with the fact "they're doing the best", so I'm sure knowing someone out there recongises that they're trying will give them heart!

Couldn't help wondering that myself, especially when going from a second rate team to a premiership winning team.

He will be spending some time in Canberra this year, but he has potential and could lift when he has to accompany Hall, Davis etc at one end or Barry, Tadhg and LRT down the other.
He reminds him of the guys, close-set, slow, and never rattled, who were play-makers on the team. (John Updike, seeing Josh Kennedy in a crystal ball)

then again, i think it would be worth trying 15-16 players on field so what would i know
