LOL very loud indeed - yes, that game was a great example of our stellar skills in the wet - LOL

I'd hope and expect we'd have a top 4 finish. The competition is so tight that a slip one way or another can impact any team - but I expect us, Adelaide, Cats & Saints to make up the top 4 somehow.

Don't particularly care how the pundits rate us & I suspect Roosy probably only reads that stuff for a laugh.

Yeah. The skills were so exquisite they were not visible to the naked eye.

There are only two words to describe why we won that game
        1. Nick 2. Davis.
..And the Swans are the Premiers...The Ultimate Team...The Ultimate Warriors. They have overcome the highly fancied Hawks in brilliant style. Sydney the 2012 Premiers - Gerard Whately ABC

Shall we go back and rewatch the Prelim final in his comments regarding injuries? If you play underdone and half-fit players, you are playing Russian Roulette with your chances. The fact of the matter is sure, we did have a good run with injuries, but i believe you make your own luck, through intelligent planning and successful strategies.

You cannot honestly expect them to actually pick the winner of the comp at the beginning... can you? I'd actually be quite concerned if we were labelled as favourites by the Melbourne press, because then we definitely wouldn't win it! :-)

And on equal footing I'd put

            1. Jason 2. Ball

There were 16 more on the battlefield playing 18 on the other side ... *sigh* ... Yes, they were standouts, but they didn't manage to beat 18 between the two of them.

Today's HeraldsSun ... Sports pages ... Flanking the "Timely wake-up call has Sheedy up and running" article

There are six experts in an our experts predict section (cannot find the article on the web, buy the Sun, or I can scan and e-mail ...)

Neither Scott Palmer nor Rod Nicholson can find room in their final 8 for the Swans. The other 4, Jon Ralph, Glenn McFarlane, Jackie Epstein and Jon Pierik, have us pencilled in. No comments in the articles about their selections.
