Plus won a game in Newcastle either in 04, 05 or both.

Roosy on the other hand has NEVER won a Wizard/NAB Cup game once in his time as coach.

I believe those games are classed as exhibition games not pre-season. I believe pre-season is the pre-season cup, or follow up regional challenge games once you are out of the pre-season cup.

          I'm on the Chandwagon!!!

If you cannot compete for the premiership, it's better to be young and exciting than middle-aged and dowdy.

Don't be too hasty. The Saints have their own unwinning record to maintain this pre-season.

I blame the cheersquad. Greater presence needed at pre-season matches. The boys cannot be expected to win if they have not run through the banner. Richo will always kick a bagful without jeering from behind the posts. Run is generated from half back by the chants. Lift your game CS or hand over the mantle to people who will. You should all be ashamed.

                          haha, that's funny.

The Canberra Times had an article this morning saying that under Roos the Swans have a record of 0-13 in pre season matches.

They were using that stat to write the Swans off and push the premiership hangover theory again. They know SFA.
That's the problem with modern day medicine - there's no more natural selection of the species.
No wonder there's so many Collingwood fans.

The idea of a hangover is better supported by the fact that the Swans have won pre-season games before under Roos. If they really did have a 0-13 record there would clearly be no correlation between contendership and pre-season record.

Not to worry, folks. We got belted by Brisbane at Telstra Stadium in the pre-season last year and looked how that turned out.
