Did you see his ill fitting shirt with the collar hanging out over his suit when the show opened. After the first ads it was straightened up. He would be far better presented wearing an open neck shirt. Just doesn't have the neck for a suit. Genuine slob. Also annoys the crap out of me with his contionuos hand rubbing.

A briquette headed non talent who greased up to Eddie for years.
    Yep, noticed the shirt problem.

As for the hand rubbing, wasn't BigEd the classic hand rubber as well, when he was standing up and then a played with his pen for the rest of the show.

Did u also notice that JB couldn't get a word in edgeways for the first 5 mins?

Well I'm a goose and I solemnly promise to never, ever listen anything on the Footy Show EVER again.

Doyley is playing in Canberra like the Messiah said he would!

Anybody else remember an episode of The Footy Show after round one last year where Sam predicted that Brisbane wouldn't be beaten at home all year? He made that statement after they had literally smashed the Saints on that Thursday night.

I can't remember how many games they ended up losing at The Gabba but I think we were the first team to beat them up there and they seemed to lose every second game at home thereafter.

I'd take any predictions made by Sam with a grain of salt.
And the man who started it all, the Schneiderman . . . . .
