    Team announced

    Surprised there's no thread yet.

the surprise is that all three Ruckmen will play. Doyle and Chambers named on the ground and Jolly in the interchange.

Richards and Dempster also on the ground which means the bench names itself...Schneider, Fosdike, Ablett and Jolly.

So no game for Malceski, Moore and McVeigh we presume. Also Grundy named on the extended bench ahead of Vogels.

    OUT; Ball, Bevan, Kennelly
    IN; Chambers, Doyle, Richards

    Where is it up?
I knew him as a gentle young man, I cannot say for sure the reasons for his decline
We watched him fade before our very eyes, and years before his time

That was just a squad given to the Footy Show to fill the time.

I am sure there was plenty of red herrings thrown in (all 3 ruckman) to give Sheedy something to think about before having to name the teams tonight by 6.00pm.

Will be interesting to see if they go for the tall forward option in Doyle, have Mickey at his feet and push Hall & O'Keefe further a field. It may force Sheedy to send Scott Lucas to the back-line to cover the height.

One would assume Mcphee will get Hall, Fletcher for Mickey and Bradley for Doyle?

Team doesn't have to be announced till this evening, so the Footy Show are probably speculating. I'll wait till around 7pm this evening before I comment.

            I'm on the Chandwagon!!!

Fletch played really well on Baz last time they met, until he was injured of course, I assumed that would be the same.

5 goals is good is it?

McPhee touched ROK up good and proper last game (I think... didn't he?).

Yes he pulled ROK's pants down at the Telstra Stadium game last year.

I thought I read in the Daily Terror yesterday that Roosy said Doyle wouldn't be playing until a few rounds in. Maybe it was the writer putting words in his mouth.

Yes RS, he said it on SEN as well on Tuesday morning. Maybe he and Sheedy are playing games because the word on the bombers website is that Hird trained well this morning and looked pretty good!!

Baz kicked 7 for the night. IIRC he had to fight pretty hard for the ball - thought fletch did well carrying an injury too. Best match-up for Hall IMO.

Some sensational marks taken by McPhee and McVeigh in that game. I'd like to see ROK on McPhee again giving some back this time.

Hird didn't train today, went for a 20 minute jog and said he pulled up okay but did not stretch out at all.

Will almost certainly not play this week due to the risk of doing something more damaging.

                              He will be named though..................
