Saints blueing amongst themselves at 3/4 time?

Blake and Ackland with a bit of push and shove at 3/4 time according to 3AW? Rev-up or blow-up?

Didn't know whether you meant the players or the supporters.

Probably arguing about who would be first to bend over to the big Cox in the last quarter....

The story is that Ackland forgot to bring his undies over to Perth so Blake told him he'd share his. They swapped at 1/4 and 1/2 time but at 3/4 time Ackland wouldn't give them back. Storm in a teacup.

Thomas says it was a "rev-up".

Dermie says it was an altercation.

I like this bit, particularly the last paragraph...
Brereton believes the blow up between Ackland and Blake is not a good sign for the Saints rucking department after just one round.

"It shows the fragility of the mentality of the young man (Ackland) again. I'm just staggered to see it," Brereton said.

It also raises questions about St Kilda's team chemistry and whether the flag favourite for this year could see its season blow up again.

I would have thought this was not an unusual occurrence over the years. It's just that with 4000 cameras covering each game that these types of incidents are now going to be picked up.

Immediately chalk it up to outward signs of massive internal rift.
