    Rate A Captain.

    Hall - 7/10 - Kicked a bag, but he seemed to be in 2nd gear a few too many times. Goal of the night - the right angled dribble along the ground that even inspector gadget missed.

    Barry - 4/10 - Would have been 0/10 after 1st Q. Came back better after being benched, but ran himself into trouble a couple of times.

    Kirk - 2/10 - Crap game.

      Generous for Barry - I would give him 2/10 also.

      Difficult one on Hall. Kicked 7 and was great, but also missed a couple of easy ones, and made a few other errors. I would probably still give him 8/10.

                  I agree it wasn't Bazza's best game. But that he kicked 7 bodes well IMO!

                  Barry - shocker of a 1st quarter, and went running in circles too often.

                  Kirk - one to forget. And from what I saw, he looked to be blowing hard from early in the 3rd - looks to me like his fitness may not quite be up where it should be.

                  I was very happy with Goodes though - he looks to have picked up where he left last season. All looked so effortless.

                      Barry was useless as a player and as a captain. After that mark he took last he should have retired.

                          Yes I think Leo took THE big mark he has been trying for his whole career.

                          Contrary to what a lot of people think he does not give us QUALITY run from the backline. His best spot is the last line of defence.

                          I dont believe he had one genuinely effective kick, and maybe only the odd handball that hit the mark. Low % footy. Pull the finger out Leo and play some smart footy from now on. The party is over.

                          The man we miss is Kennelly. Hard positive running. He doesn't run in circles thats for sure. Hurry back we need you.

                              Yep, its like "spectacular v hard running". Hard running wins everytime.
