    chambers

I don't want to put a player down after 2 games but, I think he has had 1 touch of the footy in 2 games ( not counting ruck taps ) and I can not see him being a good AFL player. It's a bit early but we may have too look at other ruckmen.

His not looking too flash after 2 games of footy, hopefully he will improve since Jolly is the only decent ruckman we have at the moment. If things get worse with chambers then its time to bring in Doyle cause im sure he will do a better job.
Forget about Hall, it's all about Bradshaw

Definitely Doyle (who is a decent footballer, not just tall) for Chambers asap. And I would like to see us blood the two youngsters, Ericksen and Shaw. It may turn out to be that kind of season.
He reminds him of the guys, close-set, slow, and never rattled, who were play-makers on the team. (John Updike, seeing Josh Kennedy in a crystal ball)

I can usually pick if a player is worth it or not and chambers is an absolute waste. He is useless in the ruck, can not do anthing around his feet and when he did get a clear tap (or heaven forbid a possession) he just doesn't know where his team mates are or what to do.

Chances of this being dragged up should he have a massive turn around in form??? unlikely.
That's the problem with modern day medicine - there's no more natural selection of the species.
No wonder there's so many Collingwood fans.

Has absolutely no value as a spare man to help our defense or as a tall option up forward. So cant ruck, cant kick, cant handball, cant mark.. what is he doing as our second choice ruckman? Get Doyle in or stick Goodes back in there.

The Cats must be laughing at us when they see him in the red and white.

Possibly karma for off-loading Space Cadet Powell to the Roos?

Chambers was horrid today. Too short, unco and just doesn't have the skills to be our second ruck.

At least the Roos didn't have to waste 2 games on Powell.

Who the the Cats pick up with the draft pick we gave them?

Sadly I think we're stuck with him at the moment.

I thought I saw Doyle out there briefly today for the reserves but I think it was probably Shaw - who certainly played, but not much and is on his way back from injury.

                          Erikson definitely didn't play.

So for the moment, it's probably down to Chambers, or putting Goodes in there for a while.

Has never had a game with more 10 possesions or more. He needs to get the ruck taps, that will atleast serve a purpose for the teams.

Legs Akimbo predicted this with his first Hack of the Week (Crusier are you reading this).

I thought I'd write a witty post in the style of 101 uses for a dead cat, but substiting 'cat' with 'Paul chambers'. But have just spent the last 15 minutes trying to think of something witty and I can't think of anything Paul Chambers is useful for which (i) has a ring of truth to it and (ii) is amusing.

...now I am getting teary because I feel sorry for him. Poor good old good for nothing Paul Chambers.
