I'll second that, so they pass through QA. Liz please take on board and ramp up delivery so we can meet our first quarter targets, let me know if you require additional budget and I will re-prioritize funds away from Scott's surgery.
I knew him as a gentle young man, I cannot say for sure the reasons for his decline
We watched him fade before our very eyes, and years before his time
This is of course as long as you are advocating tossing out Backdoor Benny. Even prior to Rd 1 last year I did not have him in my best 22. So to summarise:
In: Malceski, Moore, Vogels.
Out: Williams (inj), Mathews (finally), Chambers (shot).
B: Crouch Vogels Dempster
HB: Barry Hyphen Bolton
C: Ablett Kirk Goodes
HF: Davis Hall O'Keeffe
F: Moore Magic Schneider
R: Jolly Bolton Fosdike
Int: Malceski, McVeigh, Richards, Buchanan
Leaves us light-on in the ruck with Jolly to do the majority with Richards and Goodes to assist. FFS neither of them could do worse than Potts. DeLuca, French and McLaren are no Dean Cox so as long as we get the pill on the ground we should be OK.
Perhaps Leapin' to redeem hisself on Fev? Their forwards, in particular Fev, Waite and Betts, do warrant some respect.
Come on people, get real. These boys were good enough to win the flag last year. Sure they haven't started the season well, but perhaps a little respect and patience is required.
Imagine if wholesale changes were made last year? Would we have accomplished what we did then?
Whether you all like it or not, the 22 out there this weekend just gone are easily 22 of the best 24-25 we have, and the difference between them and 2-3 fringe players is extremely minimal. Sure they played poorly yesterday, i was there and was about as happy as you lot were, but every side is inclined to have a shocker every now and then, its part of sport in general.
Round 3 is hardly the time to start blooding youngsters for the future! How about we actually get behind them rather than trying to play master tactician! We are renowned slow starters...
Sometimes the way to backup for another successful season is to be ruthless with a few players.

You saying that we had questionable "Premiership Players"? It's down there in history.
Get a video of every modern day GF, dude. Note down the handful in every one.
Look at West Coast last year, that knob Staker who is four times worse than Chambers trying to **** up. That pretty Hansen who is soft soft soft. Nicoski is another joker. Michael Gardiner? HAHAHA. If it went the other way you could say the same thing. Thats only last year too.

Wooah, all I meant was that some the Swannies that were able to win a Premiership played like garbage on the weekend. I was having a dig at what I perceived as Jenky28's irrational reaction to Liz' proposed changes, none of which are excessive.
A lot of supporters are curious whether we have youngsters that can step up to senior footy. Wouldn't it be better to find out in round 3 rather than round 18 whether we have the talent coming through. We may find that one of the youngsters has a blinder ala Schneidermans first full year. Myself, I hope Malceski is the one. I also hope they persevere with McVeigh, given enough game time I think he would really come on.

Now that I think about it the Swans were lucky to win the premiership last year because of the style that they played and also the lack of injuries
We badly need decent defenders.I still have faith in Ted Richards
I think he could be a key positional player that the Swans are lacking but some of the players are just not adapting to the new rule changes and their disposal is poor and decision making absolutely shocking
Also they are not running enough and using the handball too much
I love watching the Swans when they run up the middle of the ground and bomb it into Barry Hall
These pathetic fairies on Sunday just ran around like helpless chooks without heads and then when they tried to get in and do the hard work it was too late
They should play direct football not this fancy shmancy go around the ground football
When Barry Hall is on song and they bomb it direct to him no fullback stands a chance

Maybe that is the case, maybe we did take our chance when it jumped up. However it doesn't mean going on into this year and beyond that we shouldn't improve as a side. So far we have been hurt badly by just ONE injury to Tadhg Kennelly who adds so much to our side in his general alround class and link play out of defence.
Without him, this has duty has fallen to those not suited to the workload, most notable - Ben Mathews, who's spot in the side I believe is going to start to come under question more and more if this form keeps up. He didn't have the best of seasons last year and of course has started badly this term. But until Tadhg is bad we really can't judge him fully.

Sadly as good as Ted as been so far as a Swan (save Sunday) he is only a band-aid option, as are most of our tall defender stocks, Leo included (we are starting to see him caught out more and more). This is a position that I've been calling to be fixed for years. Nothing gets done, I get yelled down and yet same problem arises year after year and its by luck that we have lasted this long without a true succession plan to Dunkley and Schauble, other than putting under sized options in place in Leo and C-Bolt who did a wonderful job in winning us a flag. LRT has alot riding on his shoulders. Lucky for us he has done well enough to get 50 games.

This seems to be a early season tradition under Roosy. Might not be something worth getting too worked up over about yet, but I can see where you are coming from. We have looked ill at ease attacking and just aren't able to keep up with the other team when they have the ball because we are too slow. I would love to see the likes of Jarrad McVeigh in the midfield more because of of his pace and speed, same reason why I would look to bring in Nick Malceski. Players with speed able to brake lines and get in it long and add some pressure to the opposition.
Also they are not running enough and using the handball too much
That has always been the case. With us its a fine line in this regard. Too much and we lose, just enough and we win.

We all do I would bet, but the problem with this is what happen on Sunday. Port dropped a second man back deep on Hall to limit his chances of taking a mark. Thus Port were able to do what we do well and attack out of defence as a result. Why did we let this happen?? Because we allowed Port to mark up on us thus forcing us into a style we don't like playing and that took Hall out of the game and that put pressure of the rest of the team to do what they just weren't capable of.
When Barry Hall is on song and they bomb it direct to him no fullback stands a chance
That's because the fullback is force to centre half back without the help of a man droping man. Hall played too close to goal of Sunday and bombing it long to Hall is NOT the way to win most times because teams will wise up and drop the man back on him if he lines up close to goal. At CHF Hall is close to un-stoppable because he is such a good kick for goal from outside 40 and can pinpoint a pass to a teammate inside 50 better than most of our midfielders.
