    Doyle Injured in magoos

Just heard on MMM that Doyle has pulled his hamstring playing in the 2s. He is having a wretched run with injuries.
I dont know if it was a mistake but they said he might miss the season!

        Spriggs can kick now.
I knew him as a gentle young man, I cannot say for sure the reasons for his decline
We watched him fade before our very eyes, and years before his time

Could see he'd done it straight away, hand went straight to the back of the leg followed moments later by a loud expletive.

          Career over it seems...

          I'm on the Chandwagon!!!

If you cannot compete for the premiership, it's better to be young and exciting than middle-aged and dowdy.

Disappointing as he was looking very good. Perhaps it was a result of trying to do too much?

Willoughby also injured, went off clutching right hand/wrist.

I think Josh may have been ribs. He was breathing in that deep/awkward kind of way and still doing it at the end of the game as he went to the rooms. He still had the energy to grin and wink at some girls, what a champ!

Did anyone else catch big "for his boots" Earl bossing around the midfielders at the stoppages?

I also saw it happen and I still can't believe it, he'd been doing well, even managed a great one man clearance and kick in the 2nd quarter. Seeing the resignation on his face as he walked off the field suggests even he thinks thats it. Very sad.

                      Isn't that midfielders are for?
In all seriousness though, I didn't see anything untoward.

Probably thought, "Well, here's my chance at getting into the seniors!"
