Am I being unreasonable in being pissed off about this?

I picked up a copy of today's Daily Telegraph that someone left unattended on the front desk at work, and the sports section did not once mention the Essendon v Collingwood game at the MCG. Not even the scores in the small print section.

Maybe I'm being unreasonable, since Collingwood won so the content wouldn't have been pretty, and also because I didn't pay for the newspaper. But I'm still pissed off.
I realise Murdoch pumped millions into the Super League debacle which he's still trying to recoup, but I think it's outrageous that he's allowed to censor the news like that.

Try ringing the sports desk at the paper and ask them why?

Out of interest, how much space was given to Easts v Saints in today's Herald-Sun?

You know that there's something wrong when the DT has nothing but the SMH has a nice sized pic and decent sized report in addition to some info on the Swans, especially considering its generally the DT that gives alot more coverage to AFL than does the SMH.

          I'm on the Chandwagon!!!

I enjoyed reading the Adelaide Advertiser where they had the "rugby' scores all together, ie Super 12 & NRL all jumbled up. (Ie St George 24-Bulldogs 12, Waratahs 32-Brumbies 15)

Yes, they have THAT little idea of things in SA!

You are being unreasonable if you expect anyone here to care about either the Bombers or the Pies!

Don't you also just love how the Daily Telegraph like to promote themselves as the 'official' newspaper of the Sydney Swans!?!

Hmmmm, when did they become the 'official'newspaper of the Sydney Swans?

Oh thats right, towards the end of 2005 when the Swans were charging up the ladder! After News Ltd would just put a Swans article/match report 9 pages away from the back page in the who cares section!

Expect more of the same rubbish from News Ltd Norris. At least, the Herald Sun put a nice, small article of the NRL game in the sports section of Wednesday's paper. The Daily Smelly....sorry,Tele could of done the same thing in regards to the Pies v Bombers clash.
Well done Craig Bolton for getting the co- captaincy in 2008.

Your determination, your tenacity and your under-rated skill is why you have become my favourite player!
