Collingwood has beaten 4 of the bottom 5 teams - Roos, Dons, Blues and Port. Also beaten Hawks who are still to convince anyone. Only decent team they've played is the Crows (in Melbourne) and they lost! The jury is still VERY VERY much out!

How can you write off a team who are playing well, with confidence, who have a short injury list for the first time in ages, and a couple of excellent draftees? The Pies are looking as good as any team in the competition. They had an astonishingly long injury list over the last couple of years, accounting for their poor performance. But I would happily back them over West Coast or Adelaide because they're balanced and they're a determined team.

I'm more worried about them than anyone else.

Adelaide beat them in Melb and WCE will hammer them in Perth.

Yep. Clearly not a moron. I haven't seen any of their matches this year, but we were lucky to beat them the last two times we've played, and those were in seasons where they struggled. Collingwood traditionally match up well against us; they are a bit like us in that in 2002-2003 in particular, they were a well-disciplined, defensive team that played for each other. I still believe we are more talented overall, but if they stay injury-free, I wouldn't be surprised if they remained a threat.

I'll believe Pies a threat when they win against another team in the Top 8.

They have one of the best draws this year with only a couple of i/state trips.

They ony have three games away. They lost the one to the Weagles
They play us on the 24th June and they have to go to either Adelaide or the Gabba

This is the evil work of Ominoptent Eddie attempting to fix the Hoem and Away to get them in the 4

I hope we beat them at Telstra again just like last year

Q 'What is better than beating Collingwood?
A Beating them by one point - Again!!!
Mr Roos knew what he was doing'

It has nothing to do with Eddie and everything to do with Victorian clubs wanting to play Collingwood in Melbourne to maximize gate revenue. Clubs get to make fixture requests. Numerous clubs request to play home games against Collingwood in Melbourne.

Like it or not, it is in the best interest of the AFL if Collingwood have a large number of games in Melbourne.

If you are going to complain at least get your facts straight. They have 4 away games this year - twice at Adelaide.

It's normal for Melbourne sides to travel only about 4-5 times per year.
