Bueller is a much better option than Francis, who is tackling very poorly. Though Francis might be suspended. I wish McCartin was playing, they are concentrating on stopping Darcy so much the other Bulldog players are getting easy goals. But we usually finish our games quite well,do that gives us hope.

Gotta question why Heens wasn't more forward when we couldn't kick in the first half.
Go Swans, bring it homeComment

Nice first goal for Buller.
And on that bull@@@@ 50 against Mills. There's 8 mower cuts in the fifty. So each is 6 and 1/2 metres. The kick that was ruled a mark didn't quite travel 2 of them, so maybe travelled 10 metres.Comment

You would have thought Royce Hart (Darcy) would have kicked 18 goals they way they were hyping him up. Utter bull@@@@. Anyone who saw Paul Salmon's first season would laugh.Comment

Our season to a tee in front of goal. 3 or 4 games now we've cost ourselves with bad kicking for goal.
We did more than enough to win that game. Our composure let us down in those last 10 minutes or so - but you can not fault the effort one bit. Take away some of the charity goals early to the dogs from some of the usual umpiring standards and it may have still been enough.
And if the club doesn't lodge a formal complaint to the SCG Trust about the ground condition, they are gutless. Absolutely pathetic."You get the feeling that like Monty Python's Black Knight, the Swans would regard amputation as merely a flesh wound."Comment

It is the perfect example of everything wrong with that rule. Like several of the ones against the Bombers earlier in the season. Zero impact on the contest, the ability of the player with the ball to do whatever he wanted. Mills stopped competing as soon as the whistle went, he can't stop instantaneously. Huge freebie for them at an important time. The rule is broken."You get the feeling that like Monty Python's Black Knight, the Swans would regard amputation as merely a flesh wound."Comment

Easily cost ourselves 4 games this year with poor disposal, both hand and foot.
Im not lauding effort
Effort is non negotiable in Jnr footy
Execution is expected in AFL footyComment

I’m not complaining too much about that, as much as some of the kicking was off at times - both in front of goals and in the last quarter, field kicking.
We did a lot right, but missed McCartin badly. He’s the most important players on our list because of the lack of alternatives. Francis didn’t work and Blakey went backwards the deeper he played.
Some top stuff from Isaac, Grundy, Errol, JJ and Melican, Buller also deserves another game. Rowie needs a rest and Ollie stank on his return, so fumbly.
As for the SCG, what a disgrace. That’s dangerous. The AFL and Swans should be blowing up deluxe. Put simply, competitive sport should not be played on such a crappy surface.Comment
