    Spriggs

There's a lot of talk about the players in the Ressies who are pushing for a game but for some reason, Spriggs is overlooked. He is in red-hot form and would be more valuable than a tired, wounded Willo in the Seniors.

David Spriggs and Tim Schmidt were the Swans? most influential midfielders, with Spriggs supplying great leadership in his best game for the season.

I think Spriggs will play this weekend.

We need his pace against the Dogs.

      Why?
Can't we make other teams play on our terms?
Shouldn't the Doggies be saying "we need xxxx because of his height against the Swans forwards"?

Well, um, they probably do if they have any depth beyond their first 22.

It would be an issue if Sydney actually kicked to a contest

If he's in such good form, it would be nice to give Spriggs another opportunity...at least while Moore is injured.

But if there's a place available, Dempster would have to be picked ahead of him.
