Hasn’t been his finest night but that side kick from Chad to Rowie was elite.

This is the second time the Swans have scored 100 points or more in a game. Or third, if we count the AFLW team.

Ahhh hopefully this is a preview for next year. We need a good forward to help those elite midfielders. Curnow?

I just want to add, that although it's been a pretty average year for our football team, the team at Red and White Online, have been elite as usual. Thanks to all responsible for the site and to all who contribute. I've learnt a lot from you guys and have enjoyed your insights on the games. Thank you for your company, patience, good humour and intelligence.

Agree but lets not forget Cox spent last pre season talking about how tall Blakey is and how he can play on Key Fwds while putting Tom Mc fwd.... Hopefully someone in his coaching group pulls him up for those dumb ideas

Really impressed by Corey's kicking tonight, particularly kicking inside 50. He was also decisive and looked composed. Looks like the period as a leader in the reserves has done him some good. Great signs.

First half-second half, take your choice.

Gotta admire some of the individuals in the second half and the style of play, but it was witches hats vs elite kicking. But I’d give Buller and McCartin full game points. Tom in particular is outstanding (bar that one kick into the middle). I personally think he should be top five in the B&F. And Buller will be no superstar, but he’s got good footy instincts and his effort is superb.

Rowie wasn’t great at all but I do think the first 15 minutes of the second half, his tackling and hunt helped get us going. He really does need to revive his on ball game though. And Paps had his best game of the year.

                        Bring on a big preseason.

Also, I'll be looking for news of the contract offer to Buller. He's kept improving as he's become more comfortable at AFL level. Some excellent marks tonight, and kicked well. Deserved the career high 3 goals.

Paps' best game of the season, and notable that he said after the game that he's just starting to feel it. Mills and Gulden are also looking the best they have all season.

i know it was zero stakes and low intensity, but enjoyed seeing the guys enjoy themselves and play well together in the second half.

I'm really glad for Papley as I reckon he was doing it tough mentally battling trying to play at his normal level but his body had let him down. Much better game for him to finish the season on.

Very good second half. Just shows though we have trouble playing a full game applying pressure. Our first quarter tonight was awful. But let’s go with the positives: young Corey and Jack Buller were very good tonight. And we need the Lizard in attack, off a wing I think. Hopefully Amartey and McDonald stay fit next year and then we can move Logan down back if we don’t pick up a KPD. But we really need an elite KPF.

I think we found our CHB....Jack Buller. When the other 2 come back he will slot into CHB. Why? He is very mobile and reads the play well, and he is a very good mark. He will only get better.
