Just watched the 2nd half. The umpiring got worse. Gunston s was not 50 m Chole shoved Tom Mc , Ginnivan did lay on the ball trying to hatch it and the last goal was not 50 m. Plenty of frees to us that were ignored. The Swans should ask for some details from the umpiring dept as to some of the decisions. Wont get us anywere but may make them think about what is happening in games against us not necessarily at mcg but at home as well. If it is the doggies and now the hawks everything goes there way, the doggies even threow the ball and not handball it.

One last annoyance from last night from the Fox commentary: David King glazing himself every time Nick Watson so much as appeared on screen. He had six possessions to half time, scored his only goal as a late cheapie, and barely touched the ball inside their forward 50. And yet to King, it was the second coming of a combination of Chris Judd and Cyril Rioli.
If you wanna jerk off, do it in private man.Comment

I thought Lloyd had a very ordinary game and was invisible mostly. Added no value with his positioning ,and marking opponent.
Cleary was simply out of his depth and didn't appear to have awareness of who was around him or where the ball was. Definately out for next game.
Young Warner had some moments but again when the side needed him, he disappeared.
Don't think Cunningham would add to the side at the moment other than replacing Wicks who gave away 2 totally unnecessary 50 MTR penalties, back to his undisaplined traits.
Adams had plenty of ball in VFL but whether he is fit enough yet is to be seen. Could be considered for midfield maybe.
We really missed Heeney particularly.in the forward line
The service to Curnow was abominable so no wonder he was beaten in the second half. Needed the left footed master to send those bullet like kicks on Curnow's chest.
Too many players flying for the big mark in the forward and backline, no-one staying down!!!!
Not a bad loss as early in season but a lesson learnedComment

Absolutely. I saw mcs's comment and shouted the exact same thing.....bring in either Ladhams or McLean and be done with it. Grundy needs proper back up and the forward line can stay settled and more effective for the entire game.Comment

Yes indeed.....if the GF ends up between the two fairytales, the Dogs and the Hawks, what could the umps possibly do?Just watched the 2nd half. The umpiring got worse.
