Coaches votes for the game:
9 Jai Newcombe (HAW)
7 Tom Barrass (HAW)
6 Dylan Moore (HAW)
6 Jack Gunston (HAW)
1 Jack Ginnivan (HAW)
1 Brodie Grundy (SYD)
Seems a but one-sided, for a game that we still had a chance of winning until the last minute or so. But I suppose that does make it clear that Cox was generally unhappy with the performance.Comment

Probably also reflects that if they kick straight, the Hawks could have won by 40. (And I know, if the umps hadn't chosen to kick us in the nuts every chance they got, the match wouldn't have bent so far one way either.)Coaches votes for the game:

We get beaten by 17 points and we only had one good player.Comment

I try to predict Swans votes before reading the week's vote tally. This week I could only come up with a vote for Grundy. The dude battled so hard all night. He had 19 possessions and 18 of those were contested, which is kind of incredible.Coaches votes for the game:

Chad tried hard and Sheldrick was pretty strong at clearance. When the momentum was tipping against us in the last I was looking for Sheldrick and was surprised we didn't turn to him. He had 1 centre *bounce attendance in the last after 3 centre clearances from 9 CBAs over the rest of the game. He only played 61% game time, which seems low to me.Comment
