They had to rise eventually. But Carlton, seriously, thanks for the laughs.

As an aside, that young half back playing for Norf has a bit of a future ahead of him down back too …

Yes, and perhaps Voss should take note, that if he sees a group of Carlton fans approaching and carrying a large cross; they're probably not celebrating Good Friday.

The kerosine and matches might give away what’s up. I’ll give it an hour till they get to the point of fighting each other, but the Carlton big footy forum is going to be a special and hilarious read.

Oh, Carlton, Carlton, Carlton. Not again. Another week, another lead surrendered. The only reason why Carlton have managed to win even one game this season is Lynch's inability to kick last-quarter goals in round one. Do they have any game plan at all for holding on to leads?

I would be surprised if Voss lasts another 14 days.

No and I can't stop laughing.

But yet again, I feel for Will and Ollie....from that angle, it's a little sad.

Have read a selection of comments on the Carlton Big Footy page. This contribution from a Blues fan made me laugh out loud.

"Were Hayward and Florent this bad at Sydney or have we Carltonised them in 4 games?"

They certainly timed their contracts properly, during our run during early 2024. Fun fact (and I know there’s a lot of other parts to these things), with the swap of Charlie for those two, we cleared $450k in cap space, which we then used on Serong.

Funny stuff. To be fair to that poor Blues fan, while I said earlier I feel for Will and Ollie, Hayward on his day definitely was a worthy Swan but far too often, he was a 'Carlton'.

Today, 4 kicks, 2 handballs and no goals.

I mean, to be fair, I guess a club where the president posts his dick picks online was always going to struggle a bit.

Carlton is in for a torrid time in the next six weeks: Adelaide, Collingwood, Fremantle, St Kilda, Brisbane, Western Bulldogs. Plenty of opportunities to cough up leads there, or not get in front at all. They have somewhat easier opponents after that (including a bye where they are unlikely to lose) but the chances of Voss's still coaching Carlton after that run of six games is very low.

Sounds like Will Hayward. One good game then 3 crappy games.
