IN: Rampe, Cootee, Edwards (all confirmed)
    OUT: Lloyd, Papley, Hamling.

Have gut feeling they won't risk Papley with his hamstring scare today, with a 9 day break to follow to ensure he's right.

Think they'll retain Co Warner if Papley misses, with Rampe coming in for Lloyd to be managed (or vice versa with Corey).
Cummingham has only recently returned from injury to not be considered as the other option to make way for Rampe.

    Edwards for Hamling.

Hope they're planning to rest Grundy after the Melbourne game the following week (against Gawn) and give Ladhams a run (against North at Marvel).

Hope we've learnt from 2024 hat we take advantage of resting key players when the opportunities arises . It also provides opportunities for other deserving players and helps our depth.

Wouldn't be surprised if Mills is out too - he looked sore after the knee in the back.

          Team named:
          In: B.Cootee, W.Edwards, D.Rampe
Out: J.Hamling (omitted), I.Heeney (calf tightness), Co.Warner (omitted)

Losing Heeney will be a blow, but hopefully Sydney can cover for his absence. The Dogs have worse injuries right now.

We look light on in the midfield. For all their injury woes, if Bont and Richards play they have a deeper mix on ball. Time for the Chad to have a total blinder.

I still expect us to win but I do worry about our midfield depth over the course of the season. Right now, Cleary is our next best option …

He must have done it at training. There was no mention of an issue after the game. Can't afford to have Heeney out too often.

There was report at Tuesday's training that Heeney required some attention from the Trainers....which seemed harmless. Club has kept this quiet well.

Wonder if Bont will play? It was reported he was struggling a bit at training this week. His knee is heavily bandaged.

With Rampe back in, wonder if Cox may get creative with our midfield and give Mills or even Blakey a run in there?
