    Rd 12 Sydney v Pies @ Telstra

This is shaping up to be a big one should both teams continue their current form.

All I want on that night is for that toothless feral not to be given the opportunity to wear that gold jacket.

Actually I should be more specific than "toothless feral" as that includes most of the pies' supporters but you know who I mean.

If current form continues ... yeah ... Historically, the "Maggies" don't have a habit of having a good June ... Maybe they leave Buckley home for this one also

And by the way, I think the "toothless feral" you are referring to is "Joffa" ...

Oh, I know what it's called. I just prefered my description of it.

I just hope both clubs continue on good runs (well, a great run for the Swans with no further losses and perhaps a loss for Coll).

Then hopefully we will get a really good crowd out at Telstra and a great game - a goal or 2 in it at 3 quarter time, with the Swans to blow the Pies away in the final quarter ...

        Could happen!!

Am I wrong in saying this could be the first TS Collingwood game when both teams are flying?

The first one got 70-odd thousand so I reckon over 80,000 could be on the cards.

I think 2002 or 2003 both teams were in full flight for a 70000+ crowd?

2003 we played them in Rd 20/21 and it was for 2nd spot, so both team were definitely flying that season.

                        That is old.

Last two years 2-4, in keeping with the rest of the season.

                        2001-2003, 8-3.

The inability to win in June was a 1996-1998 thing.

Was that the TS game? I didn't recall having one that late in a season.

It was a game with a huge billing and unfortunately we lost. I think Heath James made another one of his ill-fated comebacks in that match.

If the Swans keep winning till then the house should be full. It would be great award for the Swans players to see so many supporters turning up.
