    They also have no injuries

Nice that Gold Coast launched a comeback, after Hawthorn looked like running away with it. Many Hawthorn players are very unlikeable.

They have a lot of snipers.
Weddle should get weeks for breaking Rioli's jaw. And hopefully Ginnivan will get a suspension, for the jumper punches and for dropping his knee into Uwland.

And personally, I also think that Newcombe should be looked at, for the late elbow into Rowell's kidney, well after Rowell had completed the mark.

Adelaide and Melbourne has become a close game, scores level halfway through the last quarter. If this match ended up as a draw, that would be bad news for Hawthorn because their percentage would matter again.

Sam Mitchell had a reputation for kneeing opponents in the thigh and giving them corkies when he tackled them. He was a bit of a grub.

Somehow Ginnivan only got a fine.

Didn't he hit the Suns player enough times?

Carlton just beat GWS for their fifth win in a row and they are now outside the top 10 by percentage.

                        Fraser is the real deal.

I’ve only watched the second halves of the two games on Sunday, and I thank the life choices that led me not to watch the first halves. Truly awful, painful footy.

It might have been awful football, but North Melbourne were good enough to win it. They've now won seven games this season, which is more games than they have won in any season since 2019. They can still play bad football, see their Fremantle game for an example. But they have improved, and should finish outside the bottom four.

Games at Marvel are often snooze-fests.
