Geez, that hasn't happened in an awfully long time. Wonder if any of those Victorian sides can remember what the Cup looks like?

Personally I thought it was a pretty good game. Richmond did very well with no cattle and stuck to their game plan. Adelaide are supposedly renowned for close checking and hard running. They were outplayed.
It's very hard to live in a studio apartment in San Jose with a man who's learning to play violin. That's what she told the police when she handed them the empty revolver.

They do - but only because they parade it through the streets of Melbourne on the Friday before the Grand Final. Then it's time to ship it off to somewhere else on the Sunday morning.

          2. This would not work against most other teams as their players and coaches would not have taken four quarters to realise that by manning up the problem would be solved. Adelaide played dumb football.
          3. Terry Wallace is a genius. Give me a break, he went to an extreme seen prevously when he coached the W.B. against the Bulldogs. Adelaide are just dumb.
I think Wallace does deserve some credit.

And by the way so do the Tigers players. To get the ball in the first place they had to win the contested possessions.

You can't blame Wallace for implementing that game plan after they've been belted by 100 points. It doesn't matter what he said at the start of the year.

The win he orchestrated against Essendon in 2000 was their only loss of the year. It wasn't pretty but I think the result speaks for itself.

After all the criticism the 'ugly' Swans have attracted in recent years I think its a bit rich for Swans fans to now be critiquing Richmond's tactics on the weekend.

I agree with Roos - blame Adelaide for being incompetent.
