Willoughby or Moore? Although Jack isn't all that tall.

I would've thought Willo would be the smallest.

Filandia was definitely short. So short that my daughter once asked me in all seriousness, "Is he a dwarf?"
It's very hard to live in a studio apartment in San Jose with a man who's learning to play violin. That's what she told the police when she handed them the empty revolver.

I haven't seen any of the ressies this year, but at 65kg I'm guessing he would be pretty skinny.

                      Jared Crouch 173cm/81kg.
                      Simon Phillips 173cm/65kg.

If he's the same height as Crouch, does then the weight come into play as a tie-breaker?

Or maybe having played seniors should be the deciding factor. He might grow a bit before he gets a game (I don't know how old he is), and I doubt if Crouch will, which would then leave him as shortest.

                        How big was Greg Williams?
If the siren sounds in Tasmania, and the umpires don't hear it, does it make a sound?

The question is who is the smallest, not the shortest.
You could argue that at least Spriggs (76kg) and Willoughby (78kg) are smaller than Crouchy (81kg).

On that argument, Phillips wins it by a long way.
