It seems the AFL is looking at allowing clubs to list one rookie over 23 in the rookie draft.

I think its a good idea, as it gives some of the older players going around a belated opportunity/possibility to make it at the elite level.

I think it's a great idea. Especially for the Swans. With the way we're going with younger guys not getting a game for quite some time, this can only be a good thing.
