PS When the recruitment of Chambers was first mooted prior to the draft many of us voiced some concern. It was even suggested that rather than spending our 2nd draft choice we ould scour the lesser leagues and secure a mature bodied bigman. Not with the expectation that he's be the next Cox or White, simply that he could give a contest in 2006, while our young ruckmen developed.
Well St.Kilda went down that path, picked up a 25 year old ruckman and I think he looked better be than Chambers (certainly less expensive)!Comment
