It is not really good enough at this level that Luke Vogels has not been considered for senior selection because he hasn't had enough game time (simply because of poor facilities).
Or, as Roos put it:
"In terms of [senior] selection, we've already had to not pick one player [Luke Vogels] who would have come into calculations, but he has been ruled out simply because he hasn't had enough game time, which is just unacceptable from our point of view, and from a club point of view, it's crazy that you can't pick a player halfway through a season because he's had half a game of footy in four weeks."Comment

Luke Vogels will not be considered for selection this week because he has only played half a game of footy in the past month, not due to injury, due to lack of opportunity. The current reserves set-up is not good enough and this situation should not arise.Comment
