    6th

after this weekend. What a disgrace, sack the coach now!

Getting really tight in the middle of the table. We MUST beat Collingwood next week or we will lose touch with the top 4.

exactly what me and 5 collingwood fans(who are all coming up with me next week)They were saying that they have to win to get that extra game clear of the pack again, and i said that we needed to win more to get our top 4 spot back or we are losing touch of it.
But in true collingwood supporter style they didn't see my point

Makes the loss to StKilda (and Melbourne) all the more annoying.

OTOH, Port are clearly the very good side we all thought they must be.

What are the odds of Essendon doing the double and not winning any other games for the season

Well, pre-season it would've been a $10 000 bet but now it looks more like a $1.50 bet

So how many points do we have to win by to go above Collingwood on the ladder.

We'll need to win by 5 goals or so - if Collingwood score 61 points or less, 5 goals exactly will be enough to move above them, anything more and we'll need to win by 31 points (if Coll were to reach 140, we'd need 32 points but can't quite see it getting that high).

About 32-39 points depending on how high scoring it is.

Edit: Scratch that, Mike is right. 30 points if low scoring 31 if high scoring.

To be honest i would be happy to beat the Pies by 1 point then thinking about going ahead of them after the end of round 12.
