A champion. I hope he goes out the same way as Ball. He deserves nothing less.

Maxfield had 1 or 2 good years and was a player that was carried along, while Williams is a true champion of the game who has been acknowledged with many personal achievements. Don't insult a legend. Cheer cheer for Willo.

I never thought I'd love a former Pies player as much as I love Willo (give Nicky D time) - thanks for the memories and here's hoping there's many more in the rest of your playing career.

Good luck with the future (after September)

In Europe again? Is Tasmania that bad in winter?

Who am i to support now as my fave player?

                          Maxfield went last year,now Willo!

Hmmm, perhaps i should stop supporting the older guys in the team!

Williams has been a fantastic player for the Mighty Swans and its sad to see him go.
Well done Craig Bolton for getting the co- captaincy in 2008.

Your determination, your tenacity and your under-rated skill is why you have become my favourite player!

As much as I hate to see Willo go, it is important that we do make room for some of the younger blokes to get a game next year. We need to make a minimum of 4 spots available for the draft and unless the plan is to dump some unplayed players (Smokey Davis, Erickson Sky Crane, Willoughby, Schmit etc) then something has to give. Certainly the Doylester needs to impress in the last half of the year if he's not going to go the way of Fixter and Heath James.
Those who have the greatest power to hurt us are those we love.

                              Actually only two.

Each club has to draft three players as a minimum but O'Loughlin qualifies as a veteran next year, which would free up a senior spot if the club wanted to go that way.

Thanks. That eases things a bit.
