Do you rembember Heime the robot from Get Smart? He would be told to do something and he would - literally. There was no deviation, no question and no room for individual thought. Enter Sean Dempster. He is obviously told to pick up a man and stay on him and he does, sacrificing himself for the betterment of the team. What a waste! The guy seems to have wonderful skills but doesn't have an attacking bone in his body. Just once it would be nice for him to peel off his man, make space, and bang it long to our forwards (OK, this happened twice last night, but I think it was more good luck than good planning). Let him off the chain Roosy. Insert the personality chip and let him play some real footy.

Dempster is waaaaay better than mathews...'nuff said, really.
Except, for emphasis, can you even begin to imagine Benny streaking through the middle, burning off an opponent and launching a 70 metre missile to the goal square? Remember Kennely from about 5 years ago...was in the same mould as Dempster. Flashes of skill, not quite defensively minded/able, poor decision making (I know he had to leearn the game). Dempster has the skill and with time will develop, give him time as it is only his second year?Originally posted by sharp9

I reckon Dempster could be the new Tadhg when he finally returns to Ireland! I still remember that passage of play in the GF, where he kicked it to "Fosdike, oh, sorry, it's Kennelly" (thanks Quarters

Heime pulls out a gun and shoots out the light.
Max takes Heime to the Control Doctor for a check up.
"Hop on to the table, Heime" says the Doc.
Heime does a two legged leap from the ground straight on the table and, as a 2 ton robot, smashes it to smithereens.Comment
