    According to Roos just interviewed on MMM.

    good on roos. keeps the 'no @@@@head' policy intact. aker is too old anyway, and he would take up space that the young guys (schmidt, moore) should take up.

              i doubt that there is a hard-and-fast rule, but with the queue of clubs forming to declare an in-form brownlow medallist is not welcome it seems that arrogance and hubris scores a significant minus at many clubs including our own.
              then again, i think it would be worth trying 15-16 players on field so what would i know

                  Why would Aker want to come to Sydney to play in the ACTLF. Roos would not drop anyone for him.

                    I think it's also to do with the fact that this draft is a bumper crop and clubs would be reluctant to part with draft picks for a 30 year old baggage or not.
