Rugby and League are too strong here, plus they would need to build a stadium. Much as I would love it to work the AFL would have to prop them up big time.

If union and league are so strong why do swans get bigger crowds?It also looks as if the swans have better facilities than those codes,I hope there is never another team in sydney.

For the AFL to survive, it needs to have another Sydney team in the not to distant future.

The Swans do not get more people to their game here than the Brumbies or Raiders get to theirs. The Swans have no facilities here and Bruce stadium and the Raider training ground are much better equipped than Manuka. What does another team in Sydney have to do with Canberra?
