    I've got my Fox Footy

I finally took the plunge last week and got Foxtel installed, encouraged by a good offer going at the moment. AFL on Fox Footy 24/7!! My life is now complete!!! If you are an AFL starved Sydney based supporter who has been thinking about getting it, I've got one word for you: DO IT!!!!

Was listening to a report on the radio today and it's still unclear if Foxtel will have footy next year. 7 and 10 may choose to give the games they don't broadcast to SBS or the ABC.

It will be interesting to see what finally happens.

I do love my Fox Footy. I tend to have it on when there is nothing else on tele - which is actually quite often.

Guess what - cold hard cash will win. ABC & SBS cannot compete (unfortunately).

My fear is that Ch7 may seek revenge over what happened to its C7 (?) footy program a few years back when the rights switched.

I heard earlier that given SBS's commitment to Soccer they were not interested in footy.

I still have yet to convince my dad to get Foxtel.
My Pokemon brings all the boys to the yard and they're like "Wanna trade cards?"
"Damn right, I wanna trade cards. I can beat you, I've got Charizard!"

I need to convince my daughter to move from Adelaide, she pays for the Foxtel at her mother's place, if only.....

                      Foxtel will still show games.

No hope in hell of no deal being done IMO. Seven and Ten have promised live coverage into the Northern states especially on Friday nights, if they go alone, it will mean they have to show games into Sydney live that don't involve the swans AND also go head to head on Saturday and Sundays.

Foxtel know they are going to go backwards in the Southern/Western states if they don't have AFL. They are just trying to extract the best possible games/price deal out of 7/10.

(BTW SBS were rumoured to have agreed to a deal with NINE in December to show AFL in the Northern States on Fridays for a very cheap price)

We campaigned for 4 years to get the body corporate to approve foxtel finally last year we had a coup and got rid of the old exec committee and installed a new friendly regime and got all the things we wanted, approved. We've had FF for 8 months now and love it. Our friends are now allowed to mention the F word! (foxtel)
                        Bring it on!

I still miss the girly girly shows.

Bring back "Living with..." or whatever it was called.

Yep, I'm still getting all 58 Optus Channels for a very comfortable FOC. Long live Optus analogue.

Totally forgot to look you up on Sat. arvo Brendan, I was out at Henson. Will try to remember next time.
