He's funny as hell. I've seen him in the mall a lot in just Y-fronts and rubber boots. I have no idea what makes him tick but power to him. A very big motha too so who's to argue.

There was another guy that I used to see in the mall collecting cans out of bins and singing but I've seen him in downtown Perth too so I guess it pays if you save carefully.

Even the Port fans noticed us as well, which to be honest really pleases me!

It is great to be acknowledged for the considerable efforts you put in to support the team.

We worked out that if our goal accuracy was 57% in every game we,d have only lost 2 or 3 games this season.Roos said.
              Well no @@@@ sherlok.

I'll second that. Now I'm sick with a cold.

BTW JF, I loved some of those pics. I have a Glenelg CS duffle coat that's as badge covered as any of those Chook coats. I was almost saddened down at teh Bay when I saw no Glenelg CS. I reckon we had the biggest and most colourful CS in the country in the early 80's.

I heard they disbanded to help form the Adelaide Rams Supporters Club & have never realy gotten back together again. The hard core Glenelg fans these days are called the Snouts Louts.
                    Here is their forum.

I remember the 1987 GF there Cruiser.(Even bought the DVD from one Barrie Roban n Saturday in the North Adelaide supporter stall.) The Glenelg Cheer Squad had a record 50 floggers behind the goals that day. From my memory no AFL or SANFL Cheer Squad has ever gone close to that many at a game. 50 floggers!!!!!

                    JF
PS:- The floggers didn't help them that much. The mighty ROOSTERS won with former Swans John Roberts & Mike Parsons kicking 6 & 5 between them!

Here are some pics from the battle at a FREEZING Prosvegas. You may recognise somebody there too.

Nice photo. I love the 70s duffle coats, and they look like originals.

One of the first footy matches I ever saw was Norwood rolling North by an even 150 points; I've been waiting for them to repeat the dose ever since!

Having lived through 20 years of Adelaide winters (and 12 of Sydney's), I can assure you that Adelaide in winter is heaps colder (and wetter) than Sydney.

Port would be a much funnier (and more likeable) club if all of their supporters were like Johnny.
