TIP 1-never try and organise interviews or photo shoots when under the influence of alcohol. The photographer wanted us to sing a song. So I broke into an SCG regular "Posh Spice is a slapper, and she gets touchy feely.When she's shagging Beckham, she thinks of Tadgh Keneally" I don't think he was impressed.

ABC radio 702 Sydney were constantly bugging me for interviews every day, which only made it worse. I had to do 3 interviews on 15 minute breaks. And went over a couple of them too. It was only when I got to Melbourne and did one in the car on the way to the Grand Final parade that I had the time to start enjoying it all. The Tele Mirror were complete pains ever since they had gotten my number on the day of the St Kilda final.

I told them that I was too emotional and was not coherant enough to answer phonecalls after the Saints match, and the journo's reply was "Oh, gee that would have been good coverage to get all that". The Sydney Morning Herald wanted a photo shoot on the Thursday outside the Forresters Hotel in Surry Hiils, which had been painted red and white with Swans on it especially for the GF. I said I was on a flight to Melbourne at 10pm that night. They said, OK we'll do the photo shoot at 9 then...
