    Dees injury woes

    Good news for us: http://www.heraldsun.news.com.au/foo...E20322,00.html
    Occupational hazards:
I don't eat animals since discovering this ability. I used to. But one day the lamb I was eating came through to me and ever since then I haven't been able to eat meat.

Four weeks should be a massive blow. Without Davey and his "bodyguard" Pickett, their rebound from defense won't look pretty. As for Mooney, I doubt he'd get 3 weeks off but since he's been suspended twice and his record at the Tribunal is poor, it can happen...
I only support one team: The SYDNEY SWANS!!!!! :adore

Ablett could be out for a while too, depending on scans an Xrays

You do wonder if he'll have the fitness to back it up the very next week on the road though.

But never doubt a great i suppose! Lets hope he played his best this weekend just gone!

That's good I say - help encourage a bigger crowd on sat night. If the weathers fine, could be 35K at the SCG to watch Sydney rolls the Dons.

Anyone's guess the likelihood of Ablett playing against us. Fox says he "could be sidelined for up to three games" (link), and Ten news tonight said "will miss two games".

Could be yet another chapter in the 'we're cursed if we're playing Sydney soon' injury and suspension chronicles.

                          He could risk appeal.

I have no problem with Hird playing his best footy - he's a joy to watch at his best.

Just as long as it's not a match-winning performance...

We all love watching someone like James Hird in full flight... but he has 4 other weeks left in the season to do that.

                                Assuming no injuries.
Captain Logic is not steering this tugboat.
