Saw the Kirk incident from the replay - it was barely a free kick let alone a report. Obviously the umpires feel they have to report any contact with the head now (other than when you put your head on the other player's boot).

Campo in particular seemed to irritate him.

The umpiring was shocking at this game. I was absolutely enraged a few times and felt it extremely difficult not to curse my arse off in front of the loads of kids sitting around me. I held it to some civilised 'Gosh, you aren't a skilled umpire!' and 'Gee whiz, I wish you had better umpiring expertise chum!'

They were just trying to rough him up to help Campo shake the tag.
I knew him as a gentle young man, I cannot say for sure the reasons for his decline
We watched him fade before our very eyes, and years before his time

Revue Panel threw the charge out. Not so Jimmy Bartel, he was offered two weeks so will be missing for our trip to Sleepy Hollow.

Yeah, it was thrown out. I saw it on the news just then. No surprises there, it was very likely he'll come out free.

Sydney's Brett Kirk was ... cleared over illegal contact for his clash with Essendon's Ricky Dyson.

Justice prevails - nothing in it. Meanwhile, I'm trying to understand why Ricuitto, a player I admire, only got one game for a nasty, blatant elbow to a Collingwood players head.
