      I thought I'd heard that our local Auskick centre had had a large surge in registrations this year.

        Didn't Eddie even have difficulty getting his kids into Auskick when he moved up to Sydney as many of the centres were full?

        It must mean there has been an upsurge in interest. I just hope that we are not 'required' to keep winning flags to maintain interest.

        Not that I'll complain if they do keep winning flags!

          From what ive heard i think the club has done quite well financially. Membership is up and they sold all their corporate suites which has never been done before. What else can they do really? the game can be promoted like never before but at the end of the day they cant force people to go to the games or watch it on tv. I think the club would be happy just to hear that people up there actually know who they are now compared to 15-20 years ago.
