    Finals Flight Packages

Would the swans be considering offering thier members but more so the cheersquad members packages for finals if we do end up playing the crows or eagles?

Last year there were no packages even offered to cheersquad members to head over to perth, I thought this was very unfair being that I saw about 5 swans supporters jumping around in the cheersquad that night & more support was needed.

This can't happen again guys, I've promised myself that I would head over to aami or subi for the first final because I wanna give the boys the support like the rest of everyone here.

Flights are costing around $400-$600 return & that's alot of money to ask for. Accomodation isn't all that cheap ethier.

    Packages need to be suppilied!

I think you should email the club. Dont rely on someone there reading this thread then initiating some sort of action.

It's often helpful to go and see your local travel agent for these kinds of things. I also wonder if the famous swans aviation department would come to the party on something like this?

I remember that getting to the GF for friends in Perth was out of the question even though they had guaranteed tickets. (weagles members) They could only manage a flight via Singapore! (thats how I scored my ticket incidently ) We even sat next to a couple of blokes that had driven for 4 days and had only arrived in Melbourne at 6am the morning of the game!
We demand rigidly defined areas of doubt and uncertainty.

That would have been one looooong trip home then.

Night before the GF we met a bloke who had come in via Singapore as you mentioned, funny his sister had come directly into Melbourne, so I think it was fairly random as to what was available at the time.
I hear not what you say, for the thunder of who you are.

I don`t have to worry about flights to Perth, but I`m thinking of not going to the game and just catch up with the crowd at the Irish Club if it`s at Subi. The reason being is that I have NEVER been to a Swans game over here when the Swannies have Won!!

I`m starting to think that I jinx the team when they come here so I might give them a chance this time by not going!

              Thoughts??

A very 'Bloods' like attitude PS. Sacrifice yourself for the good of the team!

On Saturday we were sitting behind an older couple that hadn't seen the Swans win at the MCG, they thought they were jinxing them. They were very happy with the result.
