I think the law of diminishing returns applies to coaching staff - doubt we need more than we already have. Lynch would be an excellent replacement for any departures tho I would think.

I think we have the best forward line in the league, but lack forward structure.
Longmire is looking for a senior coaching position. There could be a few available at the end of the season too. That would pave the way nicely for Lynch to take the forwards coach role.

Spot on. I reckon its pretty much a done deal. Question is which club will John go to. My tip is Geelong.
