    Davis for Mooney

Would you do it? I would in a heartbeat. Mooney is a passionate Lockett / Hall type with huge upside and Davis is an show-pony with tickets on himself. Would Geelong be interested?

I agree with the summation of Davis. Although the many on this board will be searching for tar & feathers.

Simply put, Geelong wouldn't be interested as Mooney is a far more valuable player to them than Davis could ever be.

Yep I'd be happy with that trade but I can't see geelong being interested only because Mooney means a hell of alot to them & you would think after 4 suspensions this season that he might be abit of trade bait ( just like byron pickett at port) but geelong won't give up on him, at the moment they are advising a special mentor to give him some help.

As much as I love Davis & want him to stay ( i think he will) Mooney at sydney would be awesome!

I don't think I'd hit Geelong with quite the same pitch What would it take to make it happen? We've got a bit of depth that might interest them (except Spriggs).

I will throw another one into the mix...just to create controversy

Davis back to Collingwood...Tarrant to the Swans

Personally I am hoping Davo stays right where he is...and I dont mean Canberra !!!!

Not this year Dr D,the talent pool is ment to be pretty deep this year even better than the Judd,Hodge and Ball year.

Depth is supposed to be better than that year, although they say not the absolute quality right at the top.

                    I'm on the Chandwagon!!!

Stop right there, he doesn't deserve to be mentioned in the same sentence as those two.

                        Agreed.

I would do Davis + 1st round for Mooney and 2/3 round pick in an instant.

                        Mooney is a genuine matchwinner.

I remember another CHF from a melbourne based club a couple of years ago with discapline problems.

This bloke has been an underachiever for years. No way in the world he's worth that much.

I didn't realise he was nearly 27....and that he played for the Roos. Learn something new every day.
