I hope so - listing is still 10.35pm, even on the TEN Sydney site. http://www.ten.com.au/main_idx.aspx?...n=programGuide

The three other finals are live which is great....I really hope at the least they can come to an arragement with Foxtel for the Friday night for the Northern States.

Could do. THey frequently change their programming and listings on an ad hoc basis.

Naturally, they would have to do so anyway if the Swans lose and play a third final.
Captain, I am detecting large quantities of win in this sector

Just saw an ad on channel ten ... "now on live at 7" I think it was so it looks like they've changed it.

You sure that wasn't for our match Saturday night?

It's never the most reliable source but according to Crikey...

Meanwhile the Ten Network has released times for this weekend's first round of AFL Finals and it has declined to put the Friday night game between St Kilda and Melbourne on live in Sydney and Brisbane up against the first NRL final on the Nine Network. All other games are live, especially the Swans-Weagles game in Perth on Saturday evening.

                  source

That is very disappointing but not surprising. Hopefully a deal can be struck with Fox Footy - probably unlikely though.

Channel 9's 11:30 starts were just freakin' ridiculous, but I'm going to be Judas and say: I actually prefer a TV broadcast start between 9:30-10:30 on a Friday night. Go out after work, have a few drinks, and still see most of the match after getting home. Works for me.
