Friday night game live on Foxtel

Read somewhere that this will be on Main Event, not FFC which may cause me a problem.

Can someone confirm.

If it is, it will be accessible to everyone that has access to FFC.

Not necessarily. I don't have Foxtel and the local pubs don't subscribe to FFC.

So, if I want to watch it there, it would need to be on the usual Fox channels.

Otherwise, one would need to find a pub that either subscribes to FFC or has Foxtel Digital, which comes with FFC as standard.

I was pretty sure that it was sold as part of the standard Fox Sports package to pubs and clubs?.

A TAB agent I know in Rozelle got FFC added without asking a few years ago and they hadn't updgraded to digital.

In anycase, it is on the Main Event channel free of charge. So I am sure that all have Main Event.

Nup - you have to select it (and pay extra). Maybe they got lucky. It's only standard with digital.

What's your source that says it's on the main event channel?

Sydney, once again, got the short straw.
Fox Footy NSW is showing Friday nite late ... I think 11.30pm.
Channel 10 Sydney is showing it at 10.35pm.
Saturday's viewing is NAB Rising Star award at 12.30, First Elimination at 2pm, then Swans & Budgies at 7.

I'm gunna have to sleep the whole weekend after the grand final.

No idea, I know they all have the channel of course, but whether it's available, you would have to test it out.
