I did a quick search for you and couldn't find one.
I have no idea if there was an official one at the time as I was down in Melbourne for the whole weekend. There are fair few pre and post GF threads available on the site. Not sure if anyone would have been on here - perhaps obviously a few of the overseas R&W brigade, but they may have used the chatroom.
Use the search option on the top right hand section of the page and type in Grand Final. -
I don't think there was an official thread per se because most of us were down in Melbourne. However, I'm sure there was something somewhere in the GF forum - go have a look in there and set the time scale to "from the beginning" rather than "last 30 days" and see what you can find there maybe?
